Rotary International Youth Exchange

What is Rotary International Youth Exchange?

One of Rotary's longest programmes is our IYE programme it gives 15 - 18 year olds the opportunity to spend a year living overseas with Rotary families building new friendships, learning new cultures and having a lot of fun!

Our students are immersed in the language and culture living with 3 - 4 different host families and attending school and Rotary meetings. It is an incredible experience that our students love!

In return we also host inbound students within our Rotary Club and families for 1 year, this is our opportunity to showcase our beautiful country and culture. Hosting is one of the most rewarding experiences that Rotarians have, however you don't have to be a Rotarian to host.

If you'd like to find out more visit our District Website - applications for the following year close in April. If you have any questions just contact us, we'd love to hear from you!
