How to become a member
Joining a Rotary Club is a great way to make new friends, develop yourself and give something back to the world. Rotary offers opportunities to get involved and provide you with the network you need to make your mark on this world.
The first step to joining is to come along to a meeting. You can join us any Monday at Harcourts Takapuna (138 Hurstmere Road) from 5.30pm to 7.00pm..
We’re a vibrant and diverse group who will tell and show you what being a Rotarian is all about. From there you will be able to join us at our regular meetings as well as take part in our service projects and social events. After attending a few meetings or activities you will be invited to become a Rotarian and a member of the international Rotary family. .
As an Associate Member, you can help Takapuna Rotary make a difference in the local community through small 'hands-on' service projects in addition to or in place of attending regular club meetings.

Full Membership
Full voting member, welcome to attend all meetings, projects and events in ours, or any Rotary club around the world.
Full members usually contribute most to Rotary International, district and club projects and are eligible to hold positions in the club, district or international.
$380 p.a.
Associate Membership
Non-voting member, welcome to attend all meetings, projects and events.
Some of our younger members use this category as a more affordable entry into Rotary whilst they are juggling the demands of young families or careers.
This membership type is particularly suitable for those that are unable to attend regularly, but whom still wish to stay connected and support club activities.
$150.00 p.a.
Corporate Membership
Annual support for Club's Charitable Trust work, promoted as club partner and invited to all events
Many businesses are looking for ways to support local charities, and appreciate Rotary's connection to those in need and particularly youth programmes.
There are a several levels and options for sponsorship which we would love to discuss with you.
*NB each membership type pays a different membership fee to contibute to club running, international dues and regular club projects. Those joining should be aware there are some costs to consider such as drinks and/or meals at meetings and social events.
